What are the shipping costs?

We offer flat rate shipping for €9.95 on all orders. Free shipping is available on orders over €49. Shipping and taxes will be confirmed before checkout.

When will my order be sent out?

We aim to ship orders by the end of the next business day. During sale periods or over holiday weekends, shipping may take an extra business day.

How do I change my shipping address?

Orders are shipped as fast as possible - usually within a business day from the order confirmation.

Address changes must be done prior to the order leaving our warehouse and receiving tracking information. We are unable to change the address once the order has been handed off to the shipper. After that, you'll need to work with the shipper to make any changes.
