What is Interstellar Warranty?
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, all products purchased from us come with a 2-year legal warranty. This warranty protects you against any defects or lack of conformity with the description provided at the time of purchase.
What Does the Legal Warranty Cover?
The legal warranty means that products should:
- Match the description and function as expected.
- Be free from defects or faults that affect their normal usage.
How It Works
If you find an issue with your product within the first 2 years of purchase that wasn’t caused by misuse, you are entitled to free repairs or a replacement. If the defect cannot be resolved or if a replacement is not possible, we may offer a partial or full refund.
For the first 6 months after purchase, any defect is presumed to have been present at the time of delivery, making it easier to obtain assistance.
